Project Description
RFP Construction Management System Software
Public Works is looking for a commercial, off-the-shelf software solution that can be implemented quickly with no customization, and that can meet additional project delivery needs in future project phases. The Vendor(s) proposing the CM+ solution must possess the expertise and knowledge to analyze requirements and discuss options; configure the solution and train staff; and provide maintenance support and timely system updates.
Per Contract Monitoring Division, a Local Business Enterprise (LBE)Subconsulting Participation Requirement established for this contract is 25%.

  1. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on October 28, 2020, by email to the RFP Coordinator, Robert Mau.
  2. Responses to Questions received will be issued no later than 5:00 PM on November 24, 2020.
  3. Consultants with billing classifications subject to prevailing wages on public works projects may not be awarded a contract unless such Consultants are registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at the time of award. Please visit the DIR website for more information: http://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/PublicWorks.html.
  4. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Administrative Code Chapter 12X, which prohibits the City from entering into any Contract with a Consultant that has its headquarters in states (Covered State) with anti-LGBT and restrictive abortion laws.
