Scope of Work: This project is to construct a new, approx. 2.54-acre, park at the 900 Innes Avenue site along the southeast waterfront of San Francisco. This 900 Innes site has recently completed a voluntary site cleanup. The project involves the rehabilitation of a City Landmark, the Historic Shipwright’s Cottage to Secretary of the Interior’s Standards, along with the construction of three new buildings on the site; a Food Pavilion, a Shop Building, and a Maintenance Building. The project involves the construction of in-water components including two (2) new piers, a floating dock, gangway, and marine rails. One of the piers includes a decorative paving element designed by an artist. Other site improvements include, but are not limited to, utility connections, earthwork, grading, structural fill, foundations, walls, concrete paving, stone and concrete stairs, wood decks, an overlook, a trellis, lighting, security, site furnishings, signage, irrigation, planting, and soils.
