Requirements
  1. The SFMTA Parking Enforcement Headquarters Project is considered a “Covered Project” under the Citywide Project Labor Agreement (“PLA”). For more information, please visit: https://sfgov.org/olse/citywide-project-labor-agreement.   2. Written questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted to youcef.bouhamama@sfdpw.org by no later than 4:00 p.m. October 11, 2022.
  3. The Local Business Enterprise (“LBE”) Subcontracting Participation Requirement and Good Faith Outreach requirements of Chapter 14B of the San Francisco Administrative Code shall apply to this RFQ. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirements for this Solicitation is 11% Micro LBE, 8% Small LBE and 3% SBA LBE of the final construction contract value. Additional information regarding this requirement is specified in Section IV of this RFQ. All firms listed to meet the LBE sub-consulting requirement must be certified as LBE firms by CMD as of the due date of this proposal, a list of which can be found here: http://mission.sfgov.org/hrc_certification/.   4. Subject to certain exceptions, Respondents are advised that this Solicitation is subject to the requirements of Administrative Code Chapter 12X, which prohibits the City from entering into a contract with a Respondent that has its headquarters in a state that (i) allows discrimination against LGBT individuals, (ii) has restrictive abortion laws, and/or (iii) has voter suppression law; or will perform any or all of the work on the contract in such a state.? Chapter 12X requires the City Administrator to maintain a list of these states, defined as “Covered States”.? The list of Covered States is available on the website of the City Administrator (https://sfgsa.org/chapter-12x-state-ban-list.
  5. Work shall identify and comply with all current code requirements including requirements for Accessibility, and Sustainability.? The scope of work is to include analysis and coordination to develop a strategy and checklist to achieve a minimum USGBC LEED Gold certification for the project.
