Requirements
  1. San Francisco Public Works (Public Works) announces a Request for Proposals (RFP) for qualified suppliers to provide consulting services in support of strategic initiatives surrounding employee engagement and workplace satisfaction for SFPW, which has a diverse workforce from field staff to managers.
  2. The City intends to award one (1) contract with the anticipated contract amount of $96,000 for three years for the initial term. Public Works reserves the right to commence, close, reduce, increase the contract amount, and change the number of contracts to be awarded, consistent with City requirements.
  3. Pre-proposal conference will not be conducted for this RFP. Questions regarding the RFP are due by 5:00 PM, PDT on February 6, 2024, through e-mail at ContractAdmin.Staff@sfdpw.org.
  4. Proposers must upload their complete Proposals into the City’s Supplier Portal: https://sfcitypartner.sfgov.org/pages/index.aspx no later than 2:00 P.M. Pacific Time on February 27, 2024, as specified in the RFP. Late submittals will not be considered. Additional Information and Digital files of the RFP Package may be downloaded at no cost through the Supplier Portal at https://sfcitypartner.sfgov.org/. Notices regarding Addenda and other RFP changes will also be posted in the Supplier Portal.
  5. The LBE Sub consulting Participation Requirement for this project has been waived. However, San Francisco Public Works encourage responses from certified City and County of San Francisco LBE’s as Prime Contractors.
