Project Description
An Emergency exists at the Third Street Bridge over Mission Channel in San Francisco. On March 21, 2023, three barges lost their moorings and floated westward from the San Francisco Bay into Mission Channel, where they impacted the Third Street Bridge, a low elevation drawbridge, causing substantial structural damage.
