Project Description
Construction Manager/General Contractors (“CM/GC”) teams consisting of the CM/GC and specified Core Trade Subcontractors in a design-assist capacity capable of performing preconstruction and construction services. 
Work shall comply with all applicable City requirements, building codes and regulatory agencies’ standards having jurisdiction over the design, construction, and operation of the Ingleside Police Station.
