Project Description
Public Works Asset Management Program Support
San Francisco Public Works (Public Works), a department of the City and County of San Francisco (City), announces a Request for Proposals (RFP), seeking qualified consultants to provide asset management program support services for Public Works. Services may include resource planning, asset data management, analysis, reporting, and related support necessary to implement and maintain the City’s asset management program.
The contract resulting from this RFP will have an initial term of 3 years. Public Works intends to award one (1) contract with an estimated contract amount of $750,000 for the initial term. Public Works reserves the right to increase or reduce the contract amount to be awarded, consistent with City requirements and available funding.

  1. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontracting requirement has been waived by the Contract Monitoring Division (CMD). Additional information regarding CMD requirements is provided in the RFP.
  2. Proposers must upload their complete Proposals into the City’s Supplier Portal: https://sfcitypartner.sfgov.org/pages/index.aspx no later than 2:00 PM Pacific Time on May 07, 2026, as specified in the RFP. Late submittals will not be considered.
