  1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: San Francisco Public Works seeks one nonprofit partner to support workforce participants in developing careers beyond the program by connecting them to employment and apprenticeship opportunities at Public Works, other public agencies, non-profit partners, and private companies. Workforce participants will monitor sixteen (16) or more permanent and temporary restroom facilities in the City to ensure safe and clean public restroom facilities. The Maximum Budget Request is $5,199,594 for a term of 12 months with an option to extend for a maximum of 12 additional months. The program must start no later than July 1, 2026.

  5. SUBMISSION: The Department may modify the RFP prior to the Proposal due date by issuing an Addendum to the RFP; please check https://bsm.sfdpw.org/ContractAdmin/Login.aspx for updates. Applicants shall submit their application as specified and required in the RFP no later than Wednesday May 27, 2026, 5:00 P.M. Late submittals may not be considered unless you provide evidence of a software error.
